The Korean Daegeum is the largest Bamboo Flute in the world. The Daegeum features one blowhole, a hole covered with a thin membrane, six finger holes, and two open holes on the lower end. A curved Brass Plate protects the membrane. Air blown through the blowhole vibrates the thin membrane producing a piercing treble tone. This Korean Daegeum measures 33-3/4 inches long and 1-3/8 inches in diameter. Each Daegeum comes complete with a Carrying Case. Only one in stock.
