Korean Sun-Nyuh Jokdoori Jeweled Dancing Crown. The Sun-Nyuh Jokdoori is used for the Sun-Nyuh Choom, or Nymphs' Dance. The two large lobes of this Jokdoori represent the Sun and the Moon. The Jokdoori is a traditional and colorful headpiece for Girls and Women of all ages. Korean Girls and Women wear Jokdoori for any formal occasion: parties, dances, plays, and weddings. The Jokdoori is held in place with an elastic cord and hairpins. You wear the Jokdoori perched forward on your head with the tassels hanging over your brow. The Jokdoori should never be worn tilted to the side.
