Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: How soon will my order be shipped?
A: Korean Gifts and Arts will usually process your order and ship the order within one to two days of receiving your order.  
    Koreana Gifts and Arts will contact the customer as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order.

Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: To keep shipping costs down, Koreana Gifts and Arts will ship your order via the United States Postal Service Parcel Post.
     The United States Postal Service Parcel Post has an average delivery time of  Eight to Ten (8 to 10) Days.
     The United States Postal Service Priority Mail with an average delivery time of Two to Three (2 to 3) Days is also available for an Additional Shipping Charge.
