Koreana Gifts: Korean Gift Store in Los Angeles offers the following Returns Policy:

1.  All returns must be authorized by Koreana Gifts and Arts.   

2.  Please contact Koreana Gifts and Arts as soon as possible if you wish to return an item, or items.
     You must contact Koreana Gifts and Arts within 5 days of receiving the item, or items, to be returned.

3.  Koreana Gifts and Arts does not pay for return shipping of items.  
     Shipping charges are not refundable.

4.  Items must be returned in the same 'As New' condition that they were originally shipped in.

5.  Please report damaged items as soon as possible.  
     A refund or replacement item will be sent as soon as possible.
